Upon receipt of your booking, we will issue an invoice and confirm your place. VAT will be applied where applicable. Due to unforeseen circumstances, SDDC Training reserves the right to amend or cancel any aspect of the published programme. It shall not be held liable for any resulting costs incurred by participants in the event of course cancellation.

In the event of a cancellation, the following policy will be enforced: cancellation within 1-14 days of the programme start: 100% charge; 15-30 days: 50% charge; 31+ days: 15% charge.

Participants are responsible for making travel and accommodation arrangements and obtaining necessary visas, medical, and travel insurance. SDDC Training will provide tea, coffee, and light snacks during the training programmes; however, participants are responsible for arranging their own meals during the sessions.
